Wrestling for BJJ / MMA

At MWA we are well known for our strength and conditioning using international drills and techniques recognised at a Olympic level. Both Ali and Bill train BJJ and are coached by black belt Murat Karadenizli (www.nexusbjj.com), this allows them modify wrestling techniques to cater for BJJ or even MMA athletes.
